This place suits me perfectly, offering essentials like free wi-fi, a helpful 24-hour reception, and comfy rooms with flat-screen TVs. On my first stay, the staff gave great taxi tips. I can't wait to return for Christmas!

Incredibly friendly staff, who gave us awesome suggestions. The location was great and lovely - next to the restaurant at breakfast, and the bars, shops and restaurants. Furthermore, right on the front in the nicer part of Blackpool-north shore.

Enjoyed staying at the standard queen room with a porthole for a window. This accommodation was in the central location right on the sea front. Plus, it was really close to the restaurant at breakfast as well as the illuminations.
Although everything was excellent, some of the staff were quite busy.

As it was my wifes birthday it matter alot how good it was,our room was really lovely and my wife was so pleased, but the bed was not that comfy as the two mattresses are not conected, but other than that room was greatWe did have the internet accesse in our room but we did think that at £15.00 a nite is a bit steap..Breakfast was really great on saturday morning, but sunday morning you were quite busy and we were forgotton, had to ask for tea and coffee 3 times, and we thought having a seaview room that we could sit in the window, but we were put right in the middel,a little more attention with your customer needs would be great as I did ask if we could sit else were as my wife has hearing aids and it was very busy and loud. But please dont think that these little problems will put us of we love your hotel.

We found the room very uncomfortable. The room was far to hot and we were not able to control the temperature. Also the electrics were not working and we had to ring down for assistance. This hotel was not what we thought it would be and would not stay again.

The comfortable feel of an old established hotel during a very cold spell and being well looked after by the staff and enjoying breakfast and evening dinner.
